Namaste in Nature Yoga & Fitness Day
On June 3, 9:00-3:30 on the grounds of NJ School of Conservation, inside beautiful Stokes State Forest an event of yoga and yoga related fitness classes will take place. Area instructors of various yoga styles, Zumba, and dance exercise fitness instruction will be presented for public to participate in the classes.
Home based businesses will also display their wares for a fun filled event. Raffle Prizes and a Virtual 5k is organized so that you can participate, wherever you are.
